It’s a one-time fee paid when publishing a paid registration event. After publishing, a 3% platform fee and 2.5% Razorpay gateway fee apply per ticket. You choose whether to absorb these fees or pass them on to attendees.
Automatically, yes. Schools, colleges, universities, student clubs, and NGOs pay ₹0 in hosting fees, always. Just select "Educational" when creating your event.
Yes! Pre-load your event's ticket roster into SnapScanner before heading to the venue. The app stores passes in IndexedDB and validates tickets offline. When internet reconnects, all check-ins sync automatically.
Yes. Any number of gate staff can log into SnapScanner on their own devices using a dedicated session. The system prevents duplicate ticket scans even across multiple active devices.
Attendees in India can pay via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards, Netbanking, and Wallets via Razorpay. International events support PayPal payments in major global currencies.
